Prior to attending the master program at Columbia, I completed a double degree in philosophy and psychology at UNC-Chapel Hill. My primary areas of interest are in contemporary political philosophies, philosophy of gender and race, and ethics, particularly where these fields overlap. I am originally from Shanxi, China, and I came to the U.S. when I was 18.
