Wei Lyu

2nd Year Graduate Student | M.A. program in Philosophy

My primary area of interest is socio-political philosophy, especially Marxism and Postmodernism. I am most enthusiastic about the placement of individuals in the fancy narratives of philosophers, including how individuals could find the meaning of their lives, as well as the relation between the meaning of individuals' lives and the consolidation of society as a whole. I also have interests in ancient philosophy and Chinese philosophy. Before coming to CU, I received a BA in philosophy from the University of Chicago.
