The Columbia Philosophy Department, after a highly successful Ph.D. admissions exercise in 2024 that recruited a large incoming class, is pausing Ph.D. admissions in the academic year 2024-25. Ph.D. admissions will resume in 2025-26. We continue to welcome admissions for the M.A. in Philosophy and M.A. in Philosophical Foundations of Physics.
