1st Year Graduate Student | M.A. program in Philosophy
My main interests are political philosophy and philosophy of law, particularly theories of criminal law and punishment, just war theory, and the relationship between social justice and the principle of subsidiarity. Other interests include the role of virtue ethics in professional society, verbal aspect in Slavic languages, and the work of Russian philosopher Nikolai Berdyaev.
I have a bachelor’s degree in philosophy and Russian from Middlebury College and a J.D. from Duke Law School.
