1st Year Graduate Student | M.A. Program in Philosophy
I am Chuyun Dai, and feel free to call me Rivka! I am currently interested in questions at the intersection of philosophy of mind/action, (especially social) epistemology, and language. For example, questions about self-control, the normative aspect of rationality, and self-knowledge. Also, the areas I am broadly curious about but know very little are critical theory, hermeneutics, phenomenology, and Wittgenstein’s philosophy.
Prior to joining Columbia, I went to Colgate University, where I received my B.A. in Philosophy and International Relations with Honors in Philosophy.
