My main interests are in metaphysics, epistemology, language, and logic. Topics that especially interest me concern anti-/realism disputes and how to resolve them, as well as theories of rationality and their foundational commitments. In English: I'm interested in how much of the world is "up to us", and what it means to say this; as well as how we should believe/act, and what theories for these tasks commit us to.

Other topics that interest me include truth, “grain”, modality, decision theory, formal epistemology, anything Frank Ramsey, most things Nietzsche, and a little aesthetics (although I prefer to enjoy art than think about it).

Outside of philosophy I enjoy playing jazz, listening to Irish folk music, football, and drinking warm, flat beer. If I could have dinner with any philosopher (living or dead) it would be Wittgenstein (living).
