Jenn McDonald joined the philosophy department in Fall 2022 as a postdoctoral researcher. Her work currently centers on the nature of causation, on the psychology of causal reasoning, and on how the two areas of inquiry can be brought into fruitful conversation. In particular, she has written on the recent application of structural equation models to analyze causation and to supply truth conditions for counterfactuals.
